Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of webdesigners.directory. By creating a profile or using the directory, you agree to them.
1. About the service
webdesigners.directory is a paid, B2B-only directory of web design agencies and freelance web designers. It is operated by the owner of the webdesigners.directory domain (the "operator"). Agencies create and maintain their own profile and pay a subscription to keep it listed.
2. Business use only
The service is intended exclusively for businesses and professionals acting in a commercial capacity. Consumers are not eligible to create a profile or purchase a listing.
3. Eligibility and registration requirement
A profile may only be created for a business that is officially registered with a government or official business register (such as a chamber of commerce), in any country. You must provide the country, the register or authority, and your registration number. The operator may verify these details.
4. Your profile
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information on your profile, including your company name, contact details, registration details, description and portfolio link. You may edit your profile at any time. You may not list a business you are not authorised to represent, and you may not use the profile to mislead visitors.
5. Subscription and payment
A profile is €2 per month or €20 per year, billed as a recurring subscription. Your profile goes live once payment has been processed and stays live for as long as the subscription is active. If the subscription ends — by cancellation or failed payment — the profile is removed from the directory.
6. Removal of profiles
The operator may remove or unpublish a profile at any time if it does not comply with these terms or with applicable law. This includes, for example, a business that turns out not to be registered with the government or an official register, incorrect or fabricated registration details, misleading information, unlawful or offensive content, or impersonation of another business. Removal is at the operator's discretion and is not eligible for any refund.
7. Refunds
All payments are final. Refunds are not possible. Because this is a business service (B2B), there is no right of withdrawal or cooling-off period. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your profile simply remains live until the end of the period you have already paid for — no refund is issued for the remainder.
8. Liability
The directory is provided "as is". The operator does not guarantee the accuracy of profile information supplied by agencies and is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the directory or from dealings between visitors and listed agencies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the last 12 months.
9. Changes to these terms
The operator may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available on this page.
