2. What data we collect

• From listed agencies: email address (used to sign in), company name, country, city, business register/authority, registration number, founding year, address details (optional), description, website and portfolio link, and billing status.
• From visitors: we do not require an account to browse the directory and collect no personal data beyond standard, anonymous server logs.

3. Why we use this data

• To create your account and let you sign in with an email code;
• To display your agency profile publicly in the directory;
• To process subscriptions and manage billing;
• To verify that listed businesses are officially registered;
• To contact you about your listing or account.

The legal basis is the performance of our agreement with you (your subscription) and our legitimate interest in operating and moderating the directory.

4. Public information

A listing is public by nature: your company name, city, country, founding year, registration details, description, website and portfolio link are visible to all visitors. Your sign-in email address is never shown publicly.

5. Processors we use

We use a small number of service providers to run the directory: a hosting and database provider, an email provider for sign-in codes and notifications, and a payment provider. These processors only receive the data needed to perform their function.

6. Retention

Profile data is kept as long as your subscription is active. When you cancel, your profile is removed at the end of the paid period. Billing records are kept as long as required by tax law.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete most of your data yourself by signing in and editing your profile. You may also request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Security

Access to accounts is via one-time email codes only — there are no passwords. Data is stored with an established hosting provider and access is restricted to what is necessary to operate the service.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
