Refund Policy

No refunds

webdesigners.directory is a business-to-business (B2B) service. Subscriptions of €2 per month or €20 per year are paid in advance and are non-refundable in all cases. Once a payment has been processed, it will not be reversed or partially refunded.

No right of withdrawal

Because this service is provided exclusively to businesses, there is no consumer right of withdrawal or cooling-off period.

Cancelled or terminated subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your profile then remains live until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which it is removed from the directory. No refund is issued for any remaining time in the paid period.

The same applies if we remove your profile because it does not comply with our Terms of Service — for example if a business turns out not to be registered with the government or an official register, or if information on the profile is incorrect or misleading. Removal of a non-compliant profile never results in a refund.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, your profile will be taken offline until the payment succeeds. No amounts are owed back to you in either direction beyond the payments that actually succeeded.
